AFF BFPO Campaign

The army families federation (aff) Cyprus branch is campaigning on behalf of the entire Service community to lobby companies that don't deliver to BFPO address.

Have you been frustrated that you cannot have something delivered to Cyprus because the company you are trying to buy from will not deliver or their website does not recognise a BFPO address? If you are then aff would like to hear from you.

There are several ways to let them know which companies you would like to use and your frustrations:

1. Email direct to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

2. Telephone aff head office 25962110

3. Contact your local aff representative

"Thanks to contacting aff, i have finally managed to sort out the mailing issue with SpecSavers Lensmail - They always had a problem posting my contact lenses out because the computer system and staff didnt understand BFPO - It only took two weeks through aff to sort this out for everyone....well done SpecSavers and aff from Adele Johnston - Dhekelia"

As we all know, sending something to a BFPO address requires no extra effort on the part of the sender so there is no reason to refuse to send items here. In fact in these current economic times you would think company's would we reaching out for customers. There are however limitations on the size and weight of parcels, visit the BFPO website for further details: http://www.bfpo.mod.uk/sendaparcel.htm
