Recently the Gun Club has experienced a significant rise in fly tipping.  Personal rubbish is to be disposed of correctly.  All personnel are reminded that refuse collection takes place every Tuesday and Friday usually between 0600 – 0700 hrs.  Recycling bins are located to the front of MMG’s and at the front of the children’s’ play park on the Cape estate.  The QM’s department also has a wide variety of skips for specific waste. 

All personnel and sponsors are asked to ensure they collect a ‘Category C’ form from the Pass Office at least 10 days previous to the arrival of any visitors.  Clearance for Ay Nik is usually complete after this period.  On arrival, all visitors should visit the Pass Office and provide their passport for verification.  Following this passes will be issued.  Should visitors arrive without 10 days notice the ‘Category C’ form should be taken to Security Section.
